SEO & Analytics
Technical SEO optimization, Google Analytics setup, Search Console configuration, and data-driven insights to improve your online presence.
[ 01 ] Overview
SEO has a marketing problem. The field is full of agencies promising page-one rankings for keywords that don't matter, charging monthly for "content optimization" that produces 800 words of nothing in particular. The honest version is more boring and works better. Make sure the site is technically sound. Make sure search engines can crawl it. Make sure the content actually answers the question someone typed. Measure what happens. Adjust.
We do technical SEO — the part where you fix the indexing issues, the broken structured data, the slow pages, the JavaScript that hides content from crawlers, the duplicate URLs that split your authority, the sitemap that hasn't been regenerated since 2022. We do analytics setup properly — GA4 configured against actual events you care about, Search Console verified and the warnings actually read, conversion goals tied to revenue rather than vanity. And we report monthly in plain English: what moved, what didn't, what to do next.
For local businesses we add the local layer — Google Business Profile, NAP consistency across directories, location-relevant structured data, review handling. For government contractors and B2B services, the work shifts toward intent-based content and structured data that wins position-zero answers for the questions buyers actually search.
What you'll get
- Technical SEO audit. indexability, crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, written up in plain language
- Fixes implemented, not just listed. the audit comes with the fixes done, not handed to your developer
- Google Analytics 4 setup. events configured against real conversions, not page views and bounce rate
- Search Console verified and monitored. coverage issues, warnings, and click data actually used
- Monthly report. short, actionable, what changed and why, no PDF dashboards nobody opens
- Local SEO basics. Google Business Profile, citations, reviews, schema for service-area businesses
- Content guidance. what to write next, why, and what success would look like
Our process
- Audit. two-week deep look at the site, the analytics, the search visibility, the current ranking footprint
- Findings call. we walk you through what's there, what's broken, what's worth fixing first
- Implementation. agreed list of fixes, done by us, deployed cleanly with documented changes
- Measurement. baseline captured, instrumented properly, monthly comparison from there
- Ongoing. monthly retainer with a defined scope or ad-hoc by the project
[ 02 ] Common questions
Will you guarantee page one for our keywords?
No. Anyone who does is either lying or working in keywords nobody actually searches for. What we'll commit to is improving the technical foundation, instrumenting analytics properly, measuring honestly, and recommending the work most likely to pay off.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Technical fixes — broken indexing, structured data, page speed — show up in Search Console within weeks. Content and ranking improvements are a quarter to two quarters out for most queries. Local SEO can move faster. We'll set realistic expectations in the audit, not the proposal.
We have a developer — do you just hand them a list?
We can, but it's not how we usually work. The audit-then-throw-it-over-the-wall pattern produces lists that never get implemented. We prefer to do the work ourselves, document what changed, and hand the developer a tidy commit and a release note.
Do you do content writing too?
Light editorial guidance, yes — outlines, structure, target queries, what to say and what not to say. Long-form content writing we don't do in-house; for clients who need a writer we'll either work alongside theirs or recommend one whose work we trust.
How do you charge?
Audit and implementation are usually fixed-fee. Ongoing work is a small monthly retainer with a defined scope, or ad-hoc by the project — whichever fits how you actually want to engage.
